CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

To accommodate quick processing, any alterations or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this window will not be accepted. However, once the order is received, you can initiate a return for a full refund.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, along with local payment methods such as Bancontact, eps transfer, iDEAL and Sofort.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow additional time during holidays and peak sale seasons. Our processing days are Monday to Friday, with orders typically processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day. Note that we don’t ship on weekends.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery times vary based on the country, usually 5-10 working days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?

Should your order fail to reach you within 30 days of shipment, you're eligible for a complete refund.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES FOR EU DELIVERIES

For deliveries within the EU, there's usually no additional customs duty or taxes. However, customers should be aware of local taxes and fees imposed by their customs authority. These charges are separate from our prices and are your responsibility.

If you encounter an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, contact us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We'll swiftly address your case.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receiving the returned item or cancellation. If needed, contact your card issuing bank for credit posting details. If you haven't received the credit yet, follow these steps: Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account.
